Before School Leader (6:30-7:30am)

CCA is looking for dedicated professionals to lead and supervise activities in our before school program. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, have experience working with children, and be committed to CCA's mission and values. Responsibilities include:Transition scholars from arrival  to the before school classroom in accordance with the CCA wayJoyfully engage scholars in activities that build relationships and engage their creativityTake responsibility for safe and compliant drop off  for each scholar in accordance to CCA policiesCommunicate openly, honestly, regularly, and effectively with families, scholars, and CCA staffAttend school wide functions and community events as requested. Before School Leaders will perform other duties as required to achieve the school’s mission.
