Shift: Second Shift - 3:30 pm to 12 am, Monday to FridayPay: $19/hr to start – eligible for a $1 pay increase after 90 daysJob Description:

Demonstrating mechanical aptitude and excelling in the assembly of parts.

Managing small-scale inventory to ensure smooth operations.

Comfortably working on a fabrication floor to meet production goals.

Maintaining a well-organized workspace to optimize efficiency.

Being self-motivated and proactive in completing tasks.

Exhibiting exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Directing others on assembly tasks and leading a crew when necessary.

Possessing advanced knowledge of hand tools for efficient assembly processes.

Requirements:

Previous experience in assembly or related field preferred.

Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.

Ability to manage inventory and follow assembly instructions accurately.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Leadership qualities to guide others in assembly tasks
