We seek to employ multiple Customer Service Representatives in a call center environment for a Public Utility Company. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the daily customer interactions ensuring a consistently high-quality experience in support of our strategic goals and initiatives. Customer Service Representatives will listen to customers to understand the reason for their call, address all inquiries and provide an accurate and efficient response. Customer inquiries may include utility turn-ons, disconnects, credit and collection inquiries. You must be willing to build and maintain customer loyalty by providing superior service to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of all customers. The perfect candidate will have excellent customer service skills with relevant experience, a desire to positively influence through a customer facing role, be able to serve as a team player and have a good public image.
