We are a growing & successful real estate office in North Myrtle Beach, SC with agents along the SC/NC Coast, Charlotte area, and Columbia area.
We are looking for a self-motivated, dedicated & highly-organized individual to manage the administrative, transaction & marketing aspects for the firm.
We require a forward thinker who takes initiative and is a team player.
Must be capable of proposing/implementing organizational ideas & create systems with minimal guidance.
Please be prepared to provide examples of past experiences where you have been successful doing so. This doesn't necessarily need to be real estate related, as long as you can provide real world examples.
The ideal candidate is: A strong communicator, learning based, open-minded, deadline driven, and committed to quality work, Very tech savvy! Must be able to manage the day to day schedule for the real estate agent & multiple real estate transactions from contract to close. Create & maintain data on MLS, consumer websites & social media. Manage drip marketing campaigns & other lead tracking strategies. Must be familiar with Database entry/CRM management and be proficient in Excel.
