We are a fast-paced, technology-driven real estate company located just off Hwy 31 in Carolina Forest. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy self-starter with the ability to work independently and efficiently. Candidate must possess excellent skills in prioritization, time management, customer service and knowledge of current computer applications. Applicants must have SAVVY MARKETING SKILLS with a good grasp of INTERNET MARKETING, and excellent interpersonal skills. The perfect candidate will be able to build, implement, and manage multiple systems with minimal supervision. Candidate will be committed to completing tasks the right way with a high degree of quality, attention to detail, and consistent communication. There is plenty of room for growth and extraordinary income potential for the right candidate. This is an hourly Part-Time position. Compensation based on experience.
Scope of Work
-Customer service.answering phones, greeting and assisting clients and customers
-General office duties.filing, organizing, distributing and accounting for inventory
-Compiling and maintaining databases and productivity logs
-Marketing and Design for E-flyers and other materials
-Basic accounting including Quickbooks entry
-Other duties as assigned by management

-Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)
