A private, local family-owned healthcare practice is looking for a motivated individual to represent our practice with professionalism. This employee must be driven, poised, possess office equipment/systems skills, and be exceptional with patients/prospects both in person and on the phone. A sales mentality is essential, as the incumbent will contribute to growing the practice. This is an extremely fast-paced, professional environment.

This professional will be responsible for the following tasks:
1) Meeting all booking goals and scheduling metrics
Proactively manages all patient encounters
Performs inbound/outbound calls to satisfaction
2) Effectively maintaining office administration systems
Utilizing our software system by properly inputting data and running useful reports
Accurately maintaining patient charts
Processing payments
Coordinating with our patient insurance contractor
Handling product to and from vendors
3) Maintaining the office
Housekeeping
Position Qualifications:
Minimum of High School Diploma; Associates Degree is preferred.
2 years front office experience in a retail medical setting (dermatology/optical/plastic surgery/dentistry/hearing setting).
Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word and Excel).
Must be able to work well independently and must be detailed-oriented.
Ability to multitask, solve problems, and continually learn.
