We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor / Parts Department Associate to join our team. This role bridges customer service, repair coordination, and parts management to keep our service/ reconditioning department running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and schedule service appointments
Communicate repair recommendations and service updates clearly
Prepare repair orders and maintain accurate records
Source, order, and manage automotive parts inventory
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service completion
Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a service advisor, parts associate, or similar automotive role preferred
Knowledge of vehicle systems and repair processes
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Proficiency with dealership software or repair shop systems a plus
