Experienced Maintenance person wanted for a small Hotel. Position is year-round.
Must have hotel experience, have your own vehicle and be able to pass a drug and background check
And have some of your own tools.
Duties include but not limited to
Powerwashing and general property maintenance
Perform general guest room and commercial area maintenance requests and repairs.
Have some knowledge in plumbing and some light electrical repairs
Completes P.M. checklists and other maintenance reports.
Performs general carpentry, tiling, painting and wall surfaces repairs.
