Handy Man - well-rounded skillset including plumbing, MUST BE ABLE TO INSTALL SHOWER VALVES AND DRAINS, AND BE ABLE TO MOVE THEM, KITCHEN AND BATH FAUCETS AND ELECTRICAL PROJECTS, SUCH AS MOVING OUTLETS. This is a requirement, please do not apply unless you have acquired these skills. Flooring and light carpentry and Cabinet installation a plus.
