Director of Finance & Human Resources

Full-time Director of Finance & Human Resources position needed for an Independent Senior Living Homeowners Association. Position is Monday – Friday. Applicants must work well with residents and coworkers, be able to multitask, possess strong verbal, written, communication, and computer skills (QuickBooks, Access, Word, Excel, Outlook). Reporting to the Executive Director, job duties include but are not limited to accounts receivable and payable, payroll, financial reports, audits, investments, company taxes, banking, working with the board of directors, serving as trustee and administering company 401k program, closings for sale of units, collections, foreclosures, compliance with state and federal regulations, insurance negotiations, provide front desk operations support, HR matters and compliance, employee onboarding, handbook compliance, employee safety training, PCI, HIPPA, EEOC, E-Verify, OSHA, SC New Hire, and related programs.
