CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICE ASSISTANT NEEDED

[4 DAYS PER WEEK]

Busy business owner, wife and mom of 2 boys looking for a great local Customer Success administrator in Surfside Beach, SC.

We would love to find a detail-oriented and experienced customer service assistant who loves organization, meeting deadlines, enjoys learning as well as generally helping out with whatever is needed.

Office Location: The Courtyard, Surfside Beach, South Carolina

Salary: negotiable 1099 non-payroll compensation with experience and qualifications.

Duties include:

Scheduling appointments

Managing inbox, including drafting and sending Emails

Answering the phone

Run cash register

Keep spaces organized, including the office, closet, files, small retail shop and so on.

Managing errands such as shopping, picking up office supplies, post office, etc.

Lite sales/marketing (i.e. create Social media content to promote events as needed)

Light cleaning as needed

Customer follow-up, confirm bookings and support client success

Occasionally travel for speaking events or attend local business gatherings.

Key Role Responsibilities:

Assist the Director in managing and implementing projects – e.g., assist with data entry, keep track of service reports, and organize the electronic filing and storage system.

Proactively track the progress of project plan-related tasks, and provide internal updates and adjustments where necessary.

Must maintain strict confidentiality and anonymity of all clients and business members and use discretion and good judgment in all activities.

Must be highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented, with the ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines.

Other duties as assigned.

Desirable Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience:

Ability to learn quickly, demonstrate critical thinking, and make situation-appropriate decisions using sound judgment.

Excellent interpersonal skills, highly organized, and ability to communicate well with others.

Knowledge and experience with addiction and recovery from illness and overcoming setbacks are a plus.

Our business is the premier Coaching Center in the Grand Strand, and we are looking to grow the team.

The ideal schedule will be Mon., Tues., Weds. and Fridays 9:00-4:00 PM, or 9-2 (your choice).
