Systems Analyst

Job DescriptionDay to Day: Insight Global is searching for a Systems Analyst to join a team of 6 others that work heavily with SQL and PowerShell scripts and reverse engineering. They will be walking into an environment with pre-existing scripts and they will need high-level knowledge to understand and fix these scripts as needed. This individual will be working on the network side a bit as well with basic break/fixing. This individual will be automating scripts to analyze data based on given tables to help calculate costs of utilities for Santee Cooper energy users. They will be using a jira ticketing system so experience here is good to have as well!Skills and RequirementsMust Haves: 3+ years of systems analyst or help desk type worko Working heavily with reverse engineering scripts Managing heavy influx of tickets coming through that need to be configured or resolves SQL scripting experience and fluencyo High preference that they are equipped with PowerShell knowledge and scripting abilities Good personality and speaks well on their technical skills Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or related field Plusses: Need someone very personable as they will be working with vendors and customers Experience with Jira ticketing systems nullWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
