Position: Full-timeRequired Skills and Experience1 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Smart Card technology, Embedded Software, Secure Transactions, Telecom, or a related industry.Technical expertise in smart cards, system deployment/validation, administration, and maintenance support.Project management and integration experience.Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).Customer and business-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.Ability to work autonomously, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Problem-solving mindset, creativity, and analytical thinking.Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.Key ResponsibilitiesA week in the life of a Technical Consultant will include:Serving as the primary interface for customers, ensuring their technical needs are met.Participating in the pre-sales, deployment, and maintenance of smart card products.Managing the product life cycle from requirements gathering to deployment and order management.Developing technical specifications to define and describe customer requirements.Understanding customer technical needs and identifying suitable products and solutions.Delivering technical presentations and training sessions to customers.Providing market intelligence and insights on competition.
