Maintenance Techs
-Basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills
-HVAC experience and EPA certification
-All facets of apartment repair and maintenance
-Availability for rotation of on-call emergency maintenance
Carpenters
-Interior and exterior remodeling
-Cabinet re-facing, door hanging, countertop installation
-Sheetrock repair and finishing
-Kitchen and bath remodeling
-Basic electrical and plumbing
Make-Ready Technicians
-Basic drywall, plumbing, electrical
-Carpentry
-Make Ready Skills
-Availability for rotation of on-call emergency maintenance
Groundskeepers
-Must be able to lift 50lbs
-Must have "Whatever it takes" mentality
-Willing to do any kind of clean up work
-Experience operating a blower and pressure washer, preferred
-Basic maintenance and repair knowledge
