Electrical
Plumbing
Light Carpentry
General Maintenance /Work Orders
HVAC
Grounds Maintenance/clean up
Apartment Turns:
Painting, maintenance, repairs, updates, installing fixtures, changing locks, etc
Need to have a vehicle and basic tools
available for after hour emergencies(emergencies only no after hours work orders) as needed
