Electrical
Plumbing
Light Carpentry
General Maintenance /Work Orders
HVAC (pay incentives to certified applicants)
Grounds Maintenance/clean up
Apartment Turns:
Painting, maintenance, repairs, updates, installing fixtures, changing locks, etc
have a vehicle and tools
available for after hour emergencies(emergencies only) as needed
