We are hiring for a Sous Chef with strong culinary skills, excellent communication abilities, leadership qualities but most importantly a passion for food and willingness to teach others. Candidate must be able to manage a kitchen team and to oversee food preparation while maintaining quality and consistency across all dishes.
Qualities:
Culinary Expertise: Proficient in various cooking techniques, knowledge of different ingredients and their properties, ability to execute complex dishes and a willingness to learn.
Leadership Skills: Capacity to lead and motivate a kitchen team, delegate tasks effectively, provide clear instructions and feedback to staff.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage inventory, create efficient workflows, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
A Good Teacher- Meticulous focus on quality control and consistency and assist others to do the same
Food Safety Knowledge: Thorough understanding of food hygiene practices and adherence to safety regulations.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing situations, last-minute requests, and menu modifications.
Qualifications:
Several years of experience in professional kitchens
Food safety certification
Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team.

40-50 hours per week.
