If you are an outgoing Housekeeper that wants to help provide memorable experiences for their guest we are the place for you. As a member of our housekeeping team you are tasked to make sure that every room exceeds Hampton standards and are guest have a wonderful stay. Housekeepers must be able to perform the following tasks.
Interact in a hospitable manner with each and every guest you come in contact with.
Performing a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing and making beds.
Ensuring all rooms are cared for according to standards
Protecting equipment and making sure there are no inadequacies
Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances
Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
Make sure that room are stocked appropriately
Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.
