Job Overview:
We are on the hunt for a QuickBooks ProAdvisor Territory Manager who is passionate about assisting small businesses with their monthly bookkeeping. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in an environment that values autonomy, entrepreneurial spirit, and a deep commitment to client success. As a Territory Manager, you will be pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial records for our clients, providing them with the peace of mind to focus on what they do best – running their businesses.
Responsibilities:
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Manage tasks necessary for the monthly closing process, including recording payroll journal entries.
Review comparative Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets for errors and omissions.
Follow up with clients regarding uncategorized expenses and income, maintaining clear and concise communication primarily via email.
Participate in Zoom meetings for reviews with the Operations Director, scheduled at mutually agreeable times.
Foster strong, trust-based relationships with clients, guiding them towards financial clarity and success.
Collaborate closely with a designated bookkeeper who will assist with the bulk of the bookkeeping tasks, allowing you to focus on oversight, analysis, and client relations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, with a solid understanding of small business bookkeeping.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members via email and Zoom.
Flexibility to work without set hours, adhering to deadlines and client needs.
