Are you a detail-oriented, organized multitasker looking for a flexible, part-time role? The B2B eCommerce Association is seeking an Executive Assistant to support its founders in their mission to advance the future of B2B eCommerce through education. This position is ideal for anyone looking for meaningful, flexible work in a dynamic and growing organization.

We are a fun global company (from Greenville, SC to Melbourne, AUS). This position has plenty of growth opportunities. If you are organized and detail oriented, we want to talk to you.

Previous experience is not necessary. We all love working with each other, and are looking for the right fit person - great attitude and positive.

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling and Calendar Management

Coordinate and manage the founders’ calendars, including scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments.

Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Monitor and manage reminders for deadlines and key events.

Administrative Support

Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as email management, data entry, and file organization.

Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and meeting notes.

Communicate with vendors, members, and partners on behalf of the founders as needed.

Event Planning and Coordination

Support planning and execution of virtual and in-person events, including webinars, workshops, and conferences.

Coordinate logistics such as venue bookings, vendor communication, and attendee registration.

Assist with post-event follow-ups, including survey distribution and feedback collection.

Qualifications

Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient or knowledge in tools like Google (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), Zoom, and project management tools (e.g., Trello or Asana).

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.

A positive, can-do attitude and a collaborative mindset.

Position Details

Part-time: Approximately 8-16 hours per week, with flexible hours to accommodate your schedule.

100% remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.

Hourly rate: Competitive and based on experience.
