Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Dispatcher. As a Dispatcher you will play a crucial role in coordinating transportation activities to ensure efficient operations.
Duties:
- Plan and schedule transportation routes for drivers
- Communicate with drivers to provide instructions and updates
- Monitor GPS systems to track vehicle locations
- Coordinate with transportation management to optimize freight movement
- Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional phone etiquette
- Data Entry
- Collaborate with supply chain partners for seamless operations
