Job Description:
We are currently seeking an all-around Experienced Skilled Construction Worker with 5-10 years of experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in various construction trades, including Demolition, Foundations, Finish Carpentry, Framing, Siding and trim, Drywall Installation, Light Electrical, Light Plumbing .
They must have a proven track record of producing high-quality work and be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Perform skilled construction tasks as described above.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate execution of projects.
- Utilize a variety of hand and power tools efficiently and safely.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects according to established timelines.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and clients in English.
- Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Take initiative and demonstrate problem-solving skills when faced with challenges.
- Provide guidance and support to less experienced workers as needed.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong focus on Carpentry, Framing, Drywall, Flooring, Tile, Taping, and Painting.
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
