Position Overview: Join our team at Melody Faye as a Personalized Gift Production Specialist. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in creating personalized gifts for general occasions and bridesmaids' gifts. From crafting personalized tumblers and graphic tees (DTF and screen prints) to personalizing jewelry boxes and tote bags, your attention to detail and dedication will contribute to producing unique and cherished items. Operating in Tryon, NC, our small business values a Christian work ethic and fosters a dynamic and collaborative atmosphere. The position will be for 3-4 days a week with the option of 5 days a week during busy seasons.
Responsibilities:
Customization Expertise: Utilize your creativity and precision to personalize a variety of items, including graphic tees, jewelry boxes, and custom tumblers. Having embroidery machine experience is a plus, but not required.
Hands-On : Use your computer to create cut files and send to machines for cutting, pressing, and adhering to items, ensuring each item meets our quality standards.
Package Assembly: Engage in packaging and presentation, readying items for delivery and carrying items to mail pick up area.
Collaboration: Work closely with the team to share insights, contribute to ideas, and ensure a smooth production workflow.

Qualifications:
Physical Fitness: This role requires the ability to lift packages during packaging. Heavy lifting is not necessary.
Training Provided: No previous experience required; we offer full on-the-job training to ensure success in this role.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with a Mac or Windows laptop is essential for collaborative efforts. Mac preferred.
Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail when customizing, creating, and packaging products.
Team Player: A collaborative mindset that contributes positively to the team's environment.
