Master Carpenter

Looking for a master Carpenter. For part-time maintenance work at two architectural designed houses over 40 years old. The work is ongoing and varied . I do not want a crew. But the individual can set his own hours. Compensation is by the hour and to be determined based on skill and aptitude for the work desired. There's no age requirement for this job but my expectations are that it would suit an older person who is retired from full-time work but enjoys working on special projects.
