We're on the lookout for a top-notch HVAC Technician & A Sales Consultant to join our crew and help us work our magic in delivering top-notch HVAC services.
As an HVAC Technician with us, you'll be the go-to person for installing, fixing, and maintaining HVAC systems in homes and businesses. Your mission? To make sure everything runs smoothly, keeping indoor spaces comfy and healthy. The perfect fit for this role? Someone with HVAC know-how, killer technical skills, and a passion for making customers smile.
What will you be up to?
- Setting up, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems like furnaces, AC units, and more.
- Checking systems for glitches and fixing them up.
- Swapping out or fixing broken parts like compressors and filters.
- Doing regular tune-ups to keep things running smoothly.
- Recommending energy-efficient upgrades to clients.
- Keeping detailed service records.
- Putting safety first and using the right gear.
- Working closely with the team to get projects done on time.
- Keeping clients in the loop and making sure they're happy with our work.
What do you need to bring to the table?
- A high school diploma (or equivalent); bonus points for HVAC training.
- Experience in HVAC or a similar field.
- A solid grasp of HVAC systems and how to install, maintain, and repair them.
- EPA certification for handling refrigerants.
- The strength to handle equipment and materials.
- A knack for problem-solving and great communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety rules in HVAC work.
