The on-Site Manager reports directly to the Regional Site Manager and is primarily responsible for the rental of apartments in accordance with company policy and Procedure. Additionally, the on-site manager coordinates all activities and services to ensure the proper up keep and functioning of the property.
On-Site managers are required to carry a cell phone. The cell phone must remain on, operable and immediately accessible at all times. Site Manager must be available for after hours if needed.
