accounting/Finance manger

we are a small insurance remodeling and painting company that does commercial and residential painting and insurance rebuilds and commercial remodeling. We are looking for a highly motivated driven person to do all aspects of finance to include, But not limited to, using accounting software, spreadsheets and databases to record financial transactions. Preparing financial statements that show income and payments. Maintaining records and maintaining general ledger and job costing. Preparing bank deposits. Handling payroll, Creating invoices and sending to customers, Tracking overdue accounts, Monitoring variances from projected budget, Complying with laws, Updating insurance programs to receive payments when due. abide by the payment schedule set up by the job contract. understand where and who has the money on the insurance side. Collect deductibles. Benefits full time work 8 to 5 with hour for lunch, 401k match 3%, Holiday pay and earned time off after 90 days. Job location is in the Pendleton area of Anderson.
