Looking for a Skilled Handyman.
I am seeking a dependable, hardworking individual who is ready to work and eager to expand their knowledge. The primary role involves turning over apartments for new tenants but also includes a variety of interior and exterior tasks such as:
Structural repairs
Siding, framing, soffit, fascia, and gutter work
Basic construction knowledge
Carpentry, drywall, painting, electrical, tile work, plumbing, and gutters
Reliable transportation and basic tools
Good communication skills
Ability to climb ladders and maintain excellent attendance
