We are looking for an Adventure Coordinator to ensure the activities at our lakefront property run smoothly and efficiently. Our property features a cafe, boat ramp, Airbnb rentals, and much more.
Location: Greenville, SC 29611
Qualifications:
-Hands-on attitude with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
-Familiarity with handling food and restaurant operations.
-Certification in food safety or experience in a kitchen is preferred.
-Available to work within opening hours (Thursdays-Sundays to start), including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:
-Assist with the day-to-day operations of the cafe, bait shop, boat ramp, kayak, and paddleboard rentals.
-Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer loyalty and boost our reputation.
-Maintain strong math, reporting skills, and record-keeping abilities.
-Manage costs and inventory, including ordering basic, local supplies.
-Calculate future supply needs for all facets of the business.
-Foster friendly relationships with customers and staff.
-Assist in developing menu items based on seasonality and customer preferences.
-Communicate effectively with remote staff and ownership.
