Job Description:Overview:We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the construction of a state-of-the-art semiconductor facility. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in large-scale construction projects, specifically in the semiconductor industry, and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project from conception to completion.Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of the semiconductor facility construction project
Manage a large, cross-functional team, including engineers, architects, contractors, and other construction professionals
Ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan, including resource allocation, timelines, and risk management strategies
Coordinate with stakeholders, including senior management, clients, government authorities, and suppliers, to ensure alignment and compliance with industry standards
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure the successful completion of the project
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the construction process
Manage and resolve any arising issues or conflicts within the project team.
Report regularly on project progress, budget, and issues to senior management and other stakeholders
Have a deep understanding the various aspects of semiconductors facilities such as a Fab building, sub fab, clean room construction, PSSS, HPM, sequence of engineering and construction of all the stated aspects of a semiconductor facility
