PART-TIME SITE MANAGER needed for apartment site located in Darlington county. Approx. 16 hours per week, daytime hours preferred. Candidate must be very organized, computer proficient, have excellent communication skills and transportation, a "can do" attitude and excellent people skills for interacting with residents and the general public. Work involves processing applications, neat and accurate record-keeping, management operations of the property, problem solving, and other administrative duties.
