Job DescriptionJob SummaryResponsible for estimating liabilities, establishing premium rates, financial analysis and reporting. Extracts, analyzes, and synthesizes data from various sources to identify risks.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Lead IBNR estimation process and rate adequacy studies. Coordinate with health plan management teams. Communicate findings to Molina Executive management and design/implement appropriate follow-up analyses. Design and perform projections and analysis to support capitation rate negotiations, new business development, rate filings and bids, mergers, and regulatory reporting requiring collaboration with corporate and health plan senior management teams. Provide technical guidance and coaching to actuarial department staff.
