The BIM Modeller, performs  routine, structured work in a required discipline and demonstrates ability to take on more complex tasksAn intermediate user in Autodesk Revit Software (Buildings)  or similar, who can draw/model with limited supervision having the ability to create content within a specific discipline. Must also be an intermediate user in other core discipline specific software. - Good understanding and experience in modelling in REVIT and other BIM platforms.
 - Understand BIM modelling principles.
 - Discipline in approach to engineering.
  - General knowledge of local standards and codes.
- Be able to work within a disciplined engineering environment. 
- An intimate working knowledge of REVIT.
- Working knowledge of clash detection Software Applications.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MicroStation.
- An intimate working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, etc.
- Good communication and people management skills for effective interface with other engineering disciplines, the client and contractors.
- The ability to work independently.
- An awareness and appreciation for health, safety and environmental issues.- Routine/repeated tasks accomplished within assistance
