Key Responsibilities
Equipment Repairs and Maintenance
Diagnose and repair pool systems, including pumps, motors, filters, and computer systems.
Perform plumbing tasks related to swimming pool systems.
Address issues related to electrical systems, computer pool systems, and hydraulics.
Client Interaction
Communicate effectively with clients to explain repairs, answer questions, and provide updates on service progress.
Maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism.
Organization and Record Keeping
Keep detailed logs of equipment used and parts required for repairs and maintenance.
Ensure your service vehicle remains clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary tools and supplies.
Qualifications
Strong technical skills in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical systems.
Knowledge of pool equipment, plumbing, and hydraulics.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to maintain organized records and manage tools and supplies efficiently.
