What You’ll Do

Diagnose and service HVAC systems in light commercial and residential environments

Perform repairs, cleanings, and preventive maintenance

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers

Accurately record job details and collect payments when applicable

Coordinate daily with dispatch and team members

Recommend additional services when appropriate

Maintain tools, truck, and company property with pride

What You’ll Bring

High school diploma or GED (trade school or HVAC training preferred)

EPA certification required

0–2 years of HVAC field experience

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varied environments (attics, crawl spaces, rooftops)

A self-starter mindset with a strong sense of teamwork

Preferred Skills & Experience

Experience with electronic air cleaners, humidifiers, or zoning systems

Chiller Knowledge

Refrigeration systems

Airflow balancing and duct installation

Proficient in reading schematics and wiring diagrams
