AIT conducts a drug screen including screening for marijuana, a criminal backgroundcheck, and a motor vehicle report on all AIT Home Delivery contractors. For criminalbackground checks, we consider factors such as the nature of the crime and the time thathas elapsed since the criminal conduct occurred.
