Summary Through effective, professional Customer Relationship Management, consults with customers to understand their needs and how CPSS' services may identify and address their business problems/opportunities. Provides research, analysis and leadership on individual and team work assignments, making decisions independently with guidance from manager. Using in-depth analysis, recommends creative and effective solutions to a department's or functional area's business problems or opportunities. May take the lead on small projects within business/functional area and provide guidance to other analysts when performing the role of project lead. Description Overall Purpose of Position To be the partner of choice and drive results and shape the future success across the BCBSSC enterprise by helping our partners overcome business challenges, advance business opportunities and anticipate their needs . Please note: This position is currently remote but will revert back to an onsite role and IS NOT a remote/W@H opportunity. The selected candidate will be required to be within a commutable distance to the office, which is located in Columbia, SC. Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree (any major) OR
  • Four years of related work experience (e.g. management and business consulting), process improvement, corporate/strategic planning, financial analysis, business systems analysis, business development, market/industry research or management of a business operation, in any business setting including IT

Preferred Work Experience:
  • Four years related consulting experience in project execution, organizational development, business analysis, process improvement, corporate/strategic planning, financial analysis, market/industry research or management of a business operation
Preferred Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated experience providing analytic development and execution on a broad spectrum of topics across all lines of business by leveraging the following: Analytical Consulting to Drive Business Decision Making
