About the Role
We’re looking for a driven, self-starting Territory Sales Manager ready to grow and lead a local sales force in the booming water filtration industry. As a key leader in your region, you’ll promote our line of premium Toppen water filtration systems, recruit and train sales reps, and close high-value deals. This is a perfect role for someone with a proven track record in sales who’s looking to take ownership of a territory with unlimited income potential.
You’ll be provided with company training materials, weekly company sales call, but it’s up to you to run your business and lead your team to success.
What You’ll Be Doing
-Close in-home sales of residential water filtration systems
-Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team in your region
-Self-train using company marketing and sales content
-Utilize our AI receptionist, Crystal Waters, as well as our referral software to build and support your sales growth

Ideal Candidate
-Proven sales success and ability to close high-ticket offers
-Comfortable building, training, and leading a team
-Self-motivated and able to learn from video, live calls, and company content
-Organized, personable, and results-driven
-Experience in door-to-door, B2C, or home services sales is a plus
-Valid driver’s license preferred
