About Us:

We're a rapidly growing exterior remodeling company expanding across South Carolina! We need a driven Canvas-to-Close Manager to launch our new office from scratch, build a team, canvas for leads, close sales deals, and drive revenue growth.

Job Summary:

Canvas neighborhoods to generate leads for roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, and gutter cover services

Close sales deals with homeowners, meeting/exceeding monthly revenue targets

Recruit, train, and manage a team of canvassers (future expansion)

Develop and execute sales strategies to optimize closing rates

Ensure adherence to company standards, values, and mission

Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless sales execution

Requirements:

2+ years of canvas-to-close or exterior remodeling sales experience

Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets ($500K+ annual revenue)

Strong canvassing, sales, and closing skills

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities

Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently

Reliable vehicle with valid insurance coverage

Smartphone, IPad and laptop proficiency

High school diploma or equivalent required

Compensation Package:

$78,000.00 - $156,000.00 per year

Commission structure: 10% - plus additional commission on team volumes.

Estimated total annual earnings: $93,600 - $192,400+
