To learn more, visit www.sharecare.com .Job Summary:This position will be responsible for generating sales, referrals, and business development opportunities through the nurse registry and provider model via. direct interface with hospitals. The Business Development Associate will be accountable for the development of new hospital and provider partnerships, growth, volume, and revenue generated from their partnerships. This role will also serve as an on-site liaison to ensure increased and sustainable sales and referrals pipeline.The position also involves execution of a variety of other strategies aimed at generating sales and referrals while also raising awareness of the services and advantages of CareLinx by Sharecare’s offer. In order to succeed, the Business Development Associate will demonstrate great understanding about the referrals process at hospitals and significance of the role of the social work and case management team. In addition, this role will require knowledge of our solutions, strong interpersonal skills, flexibility and empathy, connecting with customers, and building strong relationships with this population.Essential Job Functions:

Work with internal teams on building a pipeline for growth opportunities

Conduct one on one contacts/meetings/in-services with hospitals and referral sources

Maintain positive relationships with clients once onboarded

Partners with operational leaders to determine needs

Participates in the design and implementation of the partnership

Acts as the day-to-day customer resource between the hospital and provider to improve and uphold CareLinx’s reputation and brand awareness in the community

Assist in organizing and attending community events geared towards supporting seniors and people living with disabilities

Meet or exceed designated short term and long-term sales goals

Attend local hospital events/conferences/seminars to present CareLinx by Sharecare capabilities and work with potential leads that may arise from those discussions and convert them into business relationships

Comply with CareLinx and health system policies, procedures and home care standards in accordance with applicable state license conditions and governmental laws and regulations and works closely with other marketing staff

Maintaining acceptable levels of prospecting within your assigned territory

Track, monitor and report pipeline, progress and plans on a periodic basis

Specific Skills/ Attributes:

Understanding of local hospitals and their impact on the community

Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills

Creative critical thinker with the ability to work well as a team or independently

Exceptional organizational, time management, follow up skills and communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)

Adaptable and flexible to meet changing needs

Develop strong professional relationships to increase brand awareness to hospitals and health systems

Willingness to learn product offerings, expand scope of role to meet growing market demands

Versed in business software such as Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook

Qualifications:

A minimum of two years experience working as a Clinical Liaison or similar role for a hospital, health system, or hospice company

Goal oriented with experience closing new business and meeting or exceeding KPIs

Proven experience with the entire sales process from prospecting to closing

Previous experience in sales, business development or similar role; preferably a field-sales or liaison role

Highly tech savvy and proficient at navigating websites and mobile apps is required

Familiarity with CRM software is a plus

Car and valid Driver’s License required

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Willingness to travel monthly for a few days

Base location preferred to be a major Airport hub
