Bosch Rexroth is looking for an experienced recruiting / talent acquisition professional to be responsible for the full cycle recruitment of professional roles and partner with our leaders to find and bind the top talent in the Automation and Hydraulic Industries.RecruitingSource candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipelineAttend college career events, job fairs, and community networking eventsHelp to ensure that we provide qualified candidates from a broad network of sources to build and enhance the diversity of our workforceBuild applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, media, and internet sites, providing Bosch information, opportunities, and benefitsResponsible for full life cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, onboarding)CompetenciesExcellent communication and written skillsAble to prioritize and complete projects within a specific deadlineCapable of working in a collaborative environment and engaging with multiple stakeholdersSolid knowledge of HR policies and best practicesCollaborative mindset, yet able to take initiative and lead all levels (Directors, Managers, potential candidates) when necessaryHands on experience with various selection processesphone screening, video conferencing and/or in-person interviewsPrefer familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systemsFamiliarity with sourcing candidates via social media (ex.
