IT Manager, Business Intelligence and Analytics

We are looking for an IT Manager, Business Intelligence and Analytics to join our growing team! In this role, you will lead the execution of BI and analytics initiatives that deliver consistent, reliable, and actionable insights across the organization. You will be accountable for driving the delivery of consolidated, organization-wide metrics, ensuring data is accessible, accurate, and valuable to decision-makers. You will oversee the BI team’s work in reporting, dashboard development, and analytics enablement while ensuring adherence to best practices and governance standards. You will focus on turning business requirements into scalable BI solutions and ensuring successful execution of the enterprise analytics roadmap.As an IT Manager, Business Intelligence and Analytics, your duties and responsibilities will include:Manage the BI & Analytics team to deliver high-quality reporting, dashboards, and analytics capabilitiesLead the execution of the enterprise BI and analytics roadmap, ensuring delivery aligns with business requirements and governance standardsOversee the development and adoption of standardized enterprise metrics and KPI frameworks across business unitsPartner with stakeholders to understand analytics needs, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of solutionsCollaborate with Data Engineering to ensure data pipelines, data models, and semantic layers meet BI requirementsManage BI tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker), ensuring scalability, performance, and user adoptionEstablish and enforce BI development standards, including version control, documentation, and release managementOversee vendor management for BI and analytics platforms, including sourcing, contracting, and performance oversightMonitor BI solution adoption, user satisfaction, and business impact, making recommendations for improvementProvide leadership, mentoring, and performance management for BI team members
