We are looking for Camera Car Drivers for Day or Night Shift. If you are not familiar with LPR technology, it is License Plate Recognition technology that supports repossession companies and various other industries. It is a fun and unique career with the opportunity for growth!
Compensation $11 an hour, plus commission of $15-$20 per secured unit. We always promote from within, so you will have the ability to move up in the company into other positions such as office or repossession agent. Most Camera Agents average $16-18 per hour after commissions are applied.
We do offer incentive bonuses and performance bonuses based on goals. We offer medical, dental, and vision benefits.
For either shift you must be 24 years of age or older for insurance purposes. Must be able to pass initial and random drug screens, and annual background checks. You must have a clean MVR (no at fault accidents, tickets, DUI/DWI). Must have a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a good work ethic. Good personal hygiene and a professional appearance is a must, as is comfort and ease using and adapting to technology. You must have reliable transportation, as our cars do not go home with you.
We are willing to train you if you are a motivated self starter and a team player. Experience is a plus but not necessary. We are a team oriented company and you will have a support system in the office and the field that is unmatched.
At this time we are not looking for any part time help. Night shift is 9pm-5:00am.
