Our small family owned medical supply company needs a Fabricator to join our team. We’re looking for a hard working professional who enjoys meeting challenges and surpassing customer expectations. The ideal candidate should have experience fabricating products according to specs and operating heavy machinery such as AccurPress and AccuSheer Machines, Drill Presses, Lathes and Mills. We’re seeking long-term candidates who are looking for a secure and rewarding form of employment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Fabricate various types of carts, racks, holders and other equipment.
Operate drill presses, power saws, grinders, metal lathes and a variety of hand tools.
Analyze drawings, work samples and cut sheets to determine work requirements.
Safely set up and operate machines and other shop equipment.
Conserve resources whenever possible to ensure budgetary integrity and client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Experience using drill presses, power saws, grinders, metal lathes and a variety of hand tools
Knowledge of MIG, TIG, oxygen-acetylene and electric arc welding techniques a plus
Able to operate forklift and assist with warehouse duties when necessary
High School Diploma
