We are seeking a skilled Plumber to install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial buildings and facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience working on commercial plumbing projects, possess strong diagnostic skills, and ensure all work is up to code and performed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
-Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial settings (e.g., schools, hospitals, office buildings, retail spaces, etc.).
-Interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials.
-Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot plumbing issues and malfunctions.
-Install and maintain water supply lines, waste disposal systems, water heaters, and other plumbing fixtures.
-Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and HVAC technicians on multi-trade projects.
-Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and plumbing standards.
-Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
-Test plumbing systems for leaks and other problems using air and water pressure gauges.
