We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and hardworking individual to join our team as a Window Cleaning & Pressure Washing Technician. This role involves residential and commercial exterior cleaning, including window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and related services. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, maintains a professional appearance, and can work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Perform window cleaning, pressure washing, and gutter cleaning services on residential and commercial properties
Operate company equipment safely and efficiently
Drive company vehicle to job sites
Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
Ensure quality work and complete jobs in a timely manner
Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job equipment
Requirements:
Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) and valid driver’s license
Minimum 1 year of experience in window cleaning and/or pressure washing
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders and rooftops
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
Dependable, punctual, and drug-free
Preferred:
Experience with water-fed pole systems and surface cleaners
Familiarity with soft washing techniques
