Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Cabinet Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing cabinetry in residential spaces, ensuring precise and high-quality craftsmanship. The ideal candidate will have experience in cabinet installation, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cabinet Installation: Measure, assemble, and install cabinets in kitchens, bathrooms, offices, and other spaces as per client specifications.
- Customization: Modify cabinets as necessary to fit specific spaces or design requirements.
- Site Preparation: Prepare and inspect the installation area to ensure it is clean, level, and ready for cabinet installation.
- Precision and Quality: Ensure all installations meet the highest quality standards and adhere to safety guidelines.
- Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to confirm details and ensure satisfaction with the final installation.
- Tool and Equipment Management: Use a variety of hand and power tools, including saws, drills, and measuring instruments, ensuring their proper use and maintenance.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve issues that arise during installation, ensuring timely and successful completion of projects.
- Collaboration: Work with project managers, designers, and other tradespeople to ensure smooth and efficient installations.
- Compliance: Follow building codes, safety regulations, and company policies during all aspects of installation.

Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in cabinet installation or a related field.
- Skills: Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for cabinet installation. Strong measuring, cutting, and assembly skills.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to work with precision to ensure high-quality finished products.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy cabinets and materials, as well as stand, bend, or kneel for extended periods.
- Communication: Strong communication skills to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to job sites.
- Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
