We're a national land investment company that's looking for a motivated, sales-driven professional to help us close more deals and keep our pipeline strong. This role is perfect for someone who’s confident on the phone, comfortable multi-tasking, and has an intrinsic competitive drive.
What you’ll do:
Close inbound leads from property owners who want to sell
Reconnect with warm prospects in our CRM to revive past opportunities
Research and evaluate vacant land parcels, identifying value and any challenges
Keep clean, accurate records in the CRM and help craft competitive offers
Hit (and exceed!) your monthly targets for calls, conversions, and deals
What we’re looking for:
Proven sales skills and experience closing deals
Comfortable spending much of your day on the phone
Organized, proactive, and a creative problem-solver
Real estate or land valuation experience is a plus — but not required (we’ll train the right person)
