Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Property Manager with administrative and operational tasks
Respond to resident inquiries and service requests in both English and Spanish
Help process lease applications, renewals, and move-in/move-out paperwork
Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors for work orders and inspections
Maintain accurate resident records and update property management software
Support leasing efforts by giving property tours and answering prospective tenant questions
Assist with rent collection and resolve tenant concerns with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications:
Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
Previous experience in property management, leasing, or administrative support is a plus
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn property management systems
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a proactive mindset
