We need a Parts Coordinator ASAP.
Heating, air conditioning and plumbing experience is a plus. There is a lot of detail that goes in this position, so complete attention needs to be given. Procore and Excel knowledge is preferred. Organization is a must. The hourly rate will be based on experience and discussed during the interview process.
Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, placing orders with suppliers, receiving shipments, and ensuring proper storage and organization.
Order Processing: Processing customer orders, quoting prices, and managing backorders.
Coordination: Working with various departments like service, warehouse, and delivery to ensure timely and accurate parts delivery.
Administrative Tasks: Maintaining records, processing invoices, managing inventory data, and processing warranty claims.
Customer Service: Provide assistance to customers and technicians regarding parts inquiries.
Vendor Relations: Maintaining relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries, and managing returns.
Parts Storage: Ensuring parts are stored properly and efficiently, often using bin locations or shelving.
Troubleshooting: Identifying and addressing parts shortages, damage, or other issues.
